The Organizer reserves the right to offer Bonuses to online players in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, specific promotional rules, and any other internally established criteria, including based on statistics or analyses considered relevant.
Deposit-based promotional offers are available only when the account is funded with real money via bank card or electronic wallet.
In the event of technical issues preventing the automatic granting of the bonus, the player is requested to contact the support team either by email at support@slot.md or via live chat with an operator before using the deposited amount.
Winnings obtained using the bonus can only be withdrawn after fully meeting the wagering requirements, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the promotion. A payout cannot be requested if the deposited funds have not been wagered in full (100%) at least once on any of the offered games.
If the player did not select the bonus at the time of deposit, they may request it via live chat with an operator or by email at support@slot.md. The granted bonus will be subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
Winnings from Free Spins will be automatically credited to the player’s account as a bonus once all available Free Rounds have been used.
Funds in the bonus balance will only be available after the main balance has been fully used.
Any winnings resulting from a bet placed using funds from the bonus balance, including jackpot winnings, will be added to the bonus balance.
Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses and Free Spins are valid for 7 days. After this period, any unused bonus, pending winnings, or incomplete wagering bonuses will be automatically removed from the player's account. This validity period may differ and will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.
Winnings from bets placed with mixed funds (cash and bonus) will be distributed proportionally between the cash and bonus balances. For example, for a bet of 20 MDL consisting of 10 MDL cash and 10 MDL bonus that generates a win of 50 MDL, the amount will be split as follows: 25 MDL to the cash balance and 25 MDL to the bonus balance.
Only bets up to 40 MDL will be accepted for wagering bonus calculation. If a player bets a larger amount, only 40 MDL will be counted.
For each promotion, if there are games that do not contribute to the bonus wagering, they will be clearly listed in the respective promotion's terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that can be converted from the bonus balance into real money, after meeting the wagering requirements, is 2,500 MDL. For certain individual bonuses, this limit may differ and will be clearly mentioned on the respective promotion page.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend any promotion without prior notice if it is being used abusively or against the rules. Behaviors such as depositing without the genuine intent to play, artificial wagering, bonus abuse or other unfair practices may result in the cancellation of bonuses. In the event of a dispute or situation not covered by the rules, all decisions will be made at the company's discretion.
The Organizer reserves the right to block players who use multiple accounts to participate in promotions.
