4.1. The “Responsible Gambling” program is under continuous development and aims to support a balanced gaming experience. Participants have the option to request personalized play limits by contacting the support service, as a preventive measure against risky behavior and to help keep gambling within the scope of responsible entertainment.
4.2. Types of limits:
4.2.1. Budget limit. An effective and practical approach is to impose financial constraints on the player, as limited financial resources will inherently narrow their gameplay opportunities.*
4.2.2. Loss limit. Every gambling participant has the option to set limits on potential losses. Ultimately, players should remain aware and treat gambling as a form of entertainment—not as a source of income.*
4.2.3. Time limit. If a player feels they're spending too much time gambling or simply wants to manage the duration dedicated to each activity, they can set a time limit for any chosen interval.*
* To set breaks/limits or restrict access to your personal online gaming account, you will need to reach out to customer support.
4.3. Online gambling participants who notice the development of a harmful addiction can seek customer support to set limits.
4.4. Temporary profile suspension & Game Break:
4.4.1. Game BreakGame Break. If the player feels the need for a short break from gambling, they can contact support to set any limits on their personal gaming account, according to their requirements.
4.4.2. Temporary profile suspension. To prevent and manage gambling-related issues, the "Responsible Gambling" program advocates for the implementation of access restrictions to gambling activities. This approach ensures that the player has a balanced experience on the online gambling platform. The player account suspension periods are varied, allowing for the selection of the exact time frame that suits each individual player.
4.5. To properly address responsible gaming through the limits or restrictions mentioned above, the participant can request assistance here by contacting customer support for further information or by reaching out via email at support@slot.md.
