1. Purpose and Scope of the Document
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website www.slot.md and describe the procedures for registering a gaming account and participating in games of chance made available through this platform.
1.2. The website www.slot.md serves as an access point dedicated to high social risk gambling games, operated by S.A. “Loteria Națională a Moldovei” in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
1.3. All activities and operations managed through the website www.slot.md are carried out in compliance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova regarding the organization and operation of games of chance, as well as the specific regulations for each type of game.
2. Definitions and Terms
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
CHAPTER II
USER ACCESS AND GAMING ACCOUNT CREATION
1. Access Conditions
1.1. Access to www.slot.md is permitted to any individual who is at least 21 years old and has full legal capacity.
1.2. It is mandatory that individuals accessing the website are not under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances. Any attempt to access or use the site while mentally impaired will be considered contrary to the Organizer’s policies.
2. Account Creation and Verification
2.1. Each individual is entitled to open only one gaming account on www.slot.md.
Registration is voluntary and implies acceptance of all rules, policies, and instructions imposed by the Organizer.
2.2. To open an account, the user must provide accurate and complete information, including:

2.4. After completing the registration form, a verification link or code will be sent via email/SMS. Registration is finalized by clicking the link or entering the verification code.
2.5. The submitted data will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on available logistical and personnel resources. Upon completion of the registration process, the applicant’s IP address is recorded.
3. Types of Gaming Accounts
3.1. Limited Access User Account: The user can browse the platform’s content but cannot deposit funds or play online.
3.2. Verified Gaming Account: This is a full-access account associated with a user who has confirmed their identity by uploading an identification document.
Only verified gaming accounts can be funded, place bets, and request withdrawals.
4. Compliance Measures and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Prevention
4.1. In accordance with regulations, internal policies, and applicable legislation regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, the Organizer may request statements regarding the source of funds used by players. CHAPTER III
UPDATING DATA AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
1. Changing Personal Information
1.1. Users may directly update certain profile information (such as passwords). For more complex changes (e.g., name, surname, or correcting errors), it may be necessary to contact the Organizer and provide supporting documentation.
1.2. If the password is forgotten, it can be reset through an additional validation process (via a code sent by email or SMS).
2. Use of Phone Number
2.1. The Organizer may send informational or promotional messages only if the participant has given explicit consent to receive such notifications.
2.2. Any holder of a phone number stored by the Organizer may request to opt out of receiving promotional messages.
3. Suspension or Closure of the Account
3.1. The Organizer has the right to suspend an account if there are justified reasons to suspect its illegal use (e.g., fraud, unauthorized access, etc.).
3.2. Participants may also request account closure or temporary self-exclusion by submitting a written request to the Organizer.
CHAPTER IV
FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS – DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
1. Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
1.1. A game account can only be funded or withdrawn from by its rightful holder. Verified accounts have access to both deposits and withdrawals.
1.2. The payment methods accepted by the Organizer (such as payment terminals, e-wallets, bank transfers, Visa/MasterCard bank cards, MIA, etc.) are published in the "Payment Methods" section of the website, along with their applicable limitations.
1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to request additional verification documents (e.g., proof of ownership of a bank card) before approving deposit or withdrawal transactions.
2. General Conditions for Payout and Withdrawals
2.1. Monetary winnings resulting from games will be paid after the end of the gaming event, under the terms set forth and in accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 291/2016 on the organization and conduct of gambling. Payment will be made to the same game account from which the stake was placed. The payout period from the end of the game event shall not exceed:
a) 5 business days, for winnings up to 10,000 MDL;
b) 30 business days, for winnings between 10,000 MDL and 150,000 MDL;
c) 45 business days, for winnings between 150,000 MDL and 300,000 MDL;
d) 90 business days, for winnings exceeding 300,000 MDL.
2.2. The withdrawal of funds from a game account is carried out in accordance with the General Rules on the organization and operation of gambling through electronic communication networks by S.A. "Loteria Națională a Moldovei". The maximum payout periods mentioned in paragraph 2.1 apply.
2.3. A player may withdraw available amounts from the Account Balance, provided that the stakes deposited have actually been played (in general, at least one rollover of funds applies).
2.4. Withdrawals are subject to applicable tax legislation, meaning a legal tax withholding of 18% will be remitted to the state budget.
2.5. Withdrawal amount limits are set by the Organizer and may be adjusted periodically.
2.6 In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 308/2017 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the Organizer shall apply standard customer identification measures, including verification of identity, source of funds and beneficial owner, at the time of collecting winnings, depositing funds or in both cases, when the total amount of the transaction is at least MDL 40,000, regardless of whether it is carried out through a single transaction or through several transactions that are linked to each other.
In these situations, the player is obliged to complete a know-your-customer questionnaire for Organizer to assess the risks and fulfill the legal requirements.
3. Deposits and Card Verification
3.1. Bank cards (VISA, MasterCard) issued in the Republic of Moldova may be used for deposits, depending on the limits set by financial institutions and the payment processor.
3.2. If a card does not belong to the account holder, the Organizer may request additional information and documents to confirm the right of use (bank statements, identification documents, etc.).
3.3. All card transactions are secured by the payment partner, in accordance with applicable standards.
CHAPTER V
SPECIFIC RULES FOR GAMES AND PROMOTIONS
1. Online Slot Machines (Slots)
1.1. The Organizer confirms that the average payout percentage, technologically embedded in the algorithm of online slot-type games, complies with the mandatory minimum threshold of 70% of the total amount wagered. Compliance with this requirement is certified through inspection reports issued by an accredited inspection body.
1.2. If a game has been paid for (a wager has been placed) but cannot be completed due to technical reasons, the system will retain the session state for a limited period. During this time, the player may resume the session.
1.3. If the Organizer has already generated a win at the time of the interruption, the corresponding amount will be credited to the player's account, regardless of whether the game is resumed or not.
CHAPTER VI
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. Data Protection
1.1. By completing the registration form, the participant explicitly consents to the processing of their personal data under Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
1.2. The Organizer collects, stores, and uses personal data with the utmost confidentiality and within the limits provided by applicable legislation.
2. Liability for Data Use
2.1. The Organizer cannot be held liable for situations in which a user’s personal data is fraudulently used by third parties, with or without the individual’s consent.
2.2. Sharing access data (username, password, email) with third parties is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
3. Reporting Violations
3.1. Any person who suspects unauthorized use of their personal data may immediately notify the Organizer to initiate appropriate verification and restriction measures.
3.2. If, following verification, it is determined that the data belongs to someone other than the account holder, the Organizer will prohibit such use and, if applicable, will block or terminate the account.
CHAPTER VII
COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT USAGE
1. Intellectual Property
1.1. The design, content, databases, software, and all elements of the website www.slot.md are the property of the Organizer and are protected by copyright legislation.
1.2. The reproduction, modification, distribution, or any other use of these elements without the written consent of the rights holder is strictly prohibited.
2. User Obligations
2.1. Visitors and players agree not to copy, interfere with, or publish any information from the site that would infringe copyright rights.
2.2. Any attempt to breach security, access sensitive data, or reproduce content for purposes other than those permitted will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
CHAPTER VIII
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND FINAL PROVISIONS

2. Response Timeframe
The Organizer will make every effort to analyze and resolve complaints within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If, for objective reasons, resolution cannot be completed within this timeframe, the Organizer will inform the complainant of the status of the investigation and provide an estimated timeline for completion.
3. Amendments to This Document
The Organizer may unilaterally update the content of these General Terms and Conditions. The revised version shall become effective upon publication on the website www.slot.md.
